What Is a Vegetarian???
Our short definition on vegetarian is that a person who is not consuming meat including fish, shellfish, poultry or any kind of food derived from animals, as eggs or cheese is vegetarian.

Why Are People Vegetarians?

Every single person has it’s own reasons for being vegetarian, some people follow vegetarian or semi-vegetarian diets for health reasons,  others because they consider it is  unethical to kill animals or store them in captivity.
Therefore their meals are based on a diet rich in fruits, vegetables, and grains tends to be low in fat and cholesterol, which is good for the heart.

The Vegetarians are divided into 4 groups:

  • Lacto-ovo-vegetarians eat both dairy products and eggs; this is the most common type of vegetarian diet.
  • Lacto-vegetarians eat dairy products but avoid eggs.
  • Ovo-vegetarian. Eats eggs but not dairy products.
  • Vegans do not eat dairy products, eggs, or any other products which are derived from animals.
